Return Policy

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We stand behind all of our products 100%, if for any reason you are not satisfied please return your purchase within 15 days from ship date for a full refund less the cost of shipping. 
All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, in new and unused condition and must include all packing materials, tags and accessories. ‘New and unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s)  on the item, and that it has not been altered in any way and is free of all odors and soils.  Manufacturers defects will be handled accordingly.

Any returns made after the 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must follow the above conditions. 

All ‘Free Gifts’ received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded.

This rule applies to the Davinci Bead promotion (Buy 4 Get 1 Free) as well as any other “free gift” that is or has been issued. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR? 

If you require an exchange on an item due to size or colour issue, simply return your New/Unused item for an exchange, once the item has been received in the original packaging, in new/unused condition we will then ship the correct item to you.  Please be advised you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. 
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS? 

Earrings are a non returnable item due to health concerns.  Any item that has been worn and does not contain a manufacturer’s defect is not returnable.

Once your package is received in unused condition, we will issue a full refund less shipping.   
 
SALE ITEMS AND SEASONAL ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. 

WHAT IF AN ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? 

We ship our products out in the best and most secure packaging available, only on rare occasion will there be a damaged order. If the package has obvious damage and the product has also been damaged please refuse the order and call us as soon as possible so that we can rush you a replacement order. If there is no visible damage at the time of delivery and you find the product damaged after opening the package you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving product. 
 

WILL I GET STAMPS ON MY CUSTOMER CLUB CARD FOR MY PURCHASE? 

Cindy’s Customer Club Card is valid for In-Store purchases only and will not be applied to any online purchases being made at this time.
